We are looking for a hands-on, strategic thinker who will help the CTO and CEO understand the technical potential of engineering and design teams. The core function of this position is to lead operations in engineering with opportunities for expansion of duties and responsibilities.
Some of the responsibilities of our Senior Engineering Manager:
- Directly supervise engineering teams and maintain operating budget schedules and reporting.
- Support AOP and strategic plan development through technical and engineering budgets.
- Hire, train, and mentor engineering staff to ensure a strong technical and operational foundation short and long-term.
- Expand and optimize the engineering team’s core work (ECOs, ECRs, BOM system) in Blentech’s centralized cloud-based CRM-PDM-PLM-MRP-ERP system with the objective of increasing productivity and quality while reducing cost.
- Improve workflows for Pre-engineered and Engineer-to-order work to effectively support technical and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain and develop engineering standards, best practices, and processes in revision controlled procedures in Propel and Knowledge base.
- Oversee production on engineering projects to ensure timely completion.
Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Salesforce and ERP Experience a plus. 7-10 years in management is preferred.

Pay range DOE: Pay Range DOE: $150,000-190,000 annual salary
